Read Joe Posnanski. He's a sports writer for Sports Illustrated, but his blog and his Twitter account contain great observations about baseball and sports. His beat is the Kansas City Royals. They are viewed as a worst franchise than the Baltimore Orioles which is hard to believe. The two teams are the bottom teams of the American League and are always at the bottom in all of baseball. Last year, the Royals had it worst. This year it's the Orioles. Both are going nowhere fast. Last night they played a game which four people came to the Yard to witness. Sadly, the Orioles being the worst team in all baseball lost again.

Whenever Joe Posnanski writes about the Royals, I read it as applying to the Orioles. You just need to change the names of the players, but the losing ways are the same. Can't hit. Can't pitch. Can't catch. Can't throw. The story's the same for both teams. It's always amusing. Bad baseball is the same all over.

Plenty to talk about. Hard to write down though. Trying to capture some things that have been rattling around my head this early month of 2010, the year we make contact.

Watching movies is getting hard again. Netflix queue is backed up again. Perhaps it may take longer than usual to unclog and I'm sure I'm approaching the last overdue record. Sunshine why must you mock me? Going to the movies? Also hard, especially with lame movies like this. Are there gonna be anything good coming out? Or do I have to wait for this or this.

Baseball season will commence soon. In thirty or so days, spring training. Then I will get to sit next to Nick Markakis in right for thirteen games. There's still time if you want to join me. Yet, they just raised the prices for walk up games. How am I going to go to all the business men specials on the spur of the moment? I planned to go to all the day games and root, but I'm disappointed in the price hike. Didn't we just show up and buy tickets lots last year?

Work is still sucky. I'm not feeling it as a software engineer. I wish I knew someone that would make working fun. Let's build out good software. I wish I could be cool again.

Got a cool app. Mini-Link. Don't know if it works. It's a social app. Why aren't Mini drivers girls?

Trying to read lots of books. Still stuck on that city one. I'm onto Green Mars. I have to get to my Christmas present. I still go to the bookstore, but I'm trying to hold off on the books.

Anime! Anime! Anime! Manga! Manga! Manga! The only spring anime I'm torrenting is Baka to Test to Shokanju. Funny! Still watching KimiTodo, Cross Game, and Railgun. Still buying lots of manga.

Nendoroids are my favorite. I have received four more and I haven't opened up the boxes on three. I want more. More nendoroids! They are so cute.

I've been reading School Rumble online and I must tell you that books aren't dead. It pretty much blows reading these scans. On my laptop, I have to scroll to read a page. That sucks. Plus, I can't spend time looking over some of the art work. That sucks.

When will they get to this point of the story? Can't they just hire these fools to do their translation? They would be done by then.

Frontline always does some good work. I also like the fact that they have it available only for you to watch. There's plenty of good episodes. Many of them make me angry. And sad. And a little hopeless. When are we going to get rid of these band of corrupt, incompetent, criminal bandits. They destroy our country each day that they are in office. Doubly for the lame ass opposition party who do nothing: Nero while Rome burns.

As a follow up to their 897 Greatest Songs of All Time countdown from last year, WTMD is counting down the 897 Greatest Albums of All Time. It's a chance to hear some tunes you normally don't hear on the radio.

The other day they played some Jethro Tull which probably hasn't been heard on air in a long while. It was side A to an album. I had to change the channel because it felt like a Jazz Odyssey but heavier progrock-like. I went into the harbor tunnel with it playing and came out with it still on and I think it was still the same verse. I don't know if there was a chorus.

Anyhow, you should listen to it as it counts down. You may hear some fine tunes that'll have you rocking out, especially, as it winds down to number one.

Because The Seed is asking where the next post is today in my month long blogging oddessy, does this count?

Posts should come about naturally. Yet, I undertook this task for at least a post a day with the understanding that there will be some days when I've got nothing. Today, could've been one of those, but there are a lot of posts that can be made today.

First, as the many long time readers noticed I have updated my blogroll. One link from something I've made a comment already. Another programming one for the geeks. And one from a friend whose just jumped into the blogging pool. Check her site out. She promises to do Friday Cat Blogging but not just on Fridays!

Another out, is describing the dinners I had this past weekend. Except that's not my thing. I find my palate as too simple to understand the intracicies of delicacies. I like food, but can't rightly say why one place is good versus another. Also, for restaraunt reviews you should read Captiol Swell. He's got the dish on the dishes we ate this past weekend.

I could also wish Happy Belated Birthday to my cousin whose 30th birthday we celebrated.

I could tell you that I am delinquent in starting my final paper. Once again that damn procrastination is rearing its ugly head.
